real life has been interesting lately.

i've been enjoying the privilege of freedom at home, albeit momentary. i don't enjoy the extra housekeeping chores, but the trade-off is worth it.

work has been hectic, but it's nothing concerning yet. i foresee myself being too exhausted to put up with certain things in the future.

i've never been a person with many friends in real life, but that's honestly okay. i see the few i have occasionally, and we have enough fun together.

i prefer making new friends over the internet, it's easier for me to connect with others that way.

one takeaway i've noticed is that i'm not really sure how to approach somebody who i want to be friends with.

spending time in shared spaces is one thing, but i find myself waiting to be approached first.

is it a fear of rejection?

no, i'm avoiding the pressure of initiation again.

and at the same time, trying to be mindful of boundaries.

there's someone i really want to get to know, but i don't want to overstep.

plus, in regards to my last post, perhaps now isn't the best timing.

i'll continue to exist here, and only time can tell where i'll exist next.
